We will generally only collect personal information directly from you. In some circumstances we will obtain information from third parties such as the Australian Taxation Office, Australian Securities and Investment Commission and Centrelink.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to legal services, auditors or other companies relevant to financial and accounting services. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Lyons Judge will always take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to ensure the safe keeping of your information. This may include secure, lockable filing cabinets for hard copies and statements, and secure password protected electronic filing systems

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons.
